Privacy
Privacy and information handling.
How this website handles information, and why sensitive study or patient data should not be entered here.
Scope of this notice
This notice describes the implemented website, including the public Library request workflow. It is not a participant-information sheet or research consent form. Business inquiries, Library requests and clinical-research records are separate activities.
Demonstration forms
Values entered into the study and partnership demonstrations remain in the current browser component state. Submitting the demonstration does not write an inquiry to a database or send an email. Use synthetic details only; reloading the page clears the demonstration state.
Patient and confidential study information
Do not enter identifiable health information, patient records, participant lists, confidential protocols, investigator credentials or attachments. This website provides no clinical-trial document repository or patient-intake function.
Website services
The application does not integrate analytics, advertising trackers or an email provider in this preview. Ordinary browser requests are made to serve pages and local assets. These application-level facts do not establish the logging or privacy practices of a future hosting provider.
Before live inquiry collection begins
Nepal Clinical Research Pvt. Ltd. is the identified website operator. Privacy questions can be sent to info@nepalclinicalresearch.com. Before live form collection begins, the notice must also confirm the information collected, purposes, service providers, storage locations, retention and applicable rights. Those remaining arrangements are not yet represented as approved.
Local editorial administration
The password-protected Insights editor sends its login password to the local server for verification against a stored scrypt hash. A random HttpOnly, SameSite session cookie identifies the session for up to eight hours. Sign-out revokes the session; restarting the server clears all sessions. Saved article text, selected source references and last-save timestamps persist in local files until the operator removes them. Draft articles appear in the local Insights preview. Only enter text intended for editorial review; do not store patient data, confidential study records or credentials in articles. The operator is responsible for protecting the computer, local files and backups.
Library access and local preview data
The public Library asks document requesters for their name, business email, company or organization and country, with optional phone number and job title, plus a short non-confidential description of intended use. A separate optional box records interest in future Library updates. The production database stores these details, the acknowledgement and update choice, hashed session and recovery values, and request decisions. It does not verify email addresses, send email or collect payment. Approved access is document-specific, time-limited and revocable. Do not enter patient information, confidential protocols or other sensitive study information. Personal-data deletion requests can be sent to info@nepalclinicalresearch.com. NCR retains these records while needed to administer the request and address access or deletion obligations; a formal retention schedule remains under review.
